I’ve finished up the holiday photos with the Humane Society with over 200 photos to edit, post and deliver by email to the clients with a promise date of Wednesday I’ve got my work cut out for me.

After the first day I pushed through and got the spreadsheet done and the Facebook posts ready to go.  I couldn’t sleep so I got up and worked through until 2:30 getting at least 1/2 of the email photos finished.  Wow, was I exhausted on Sunday.

But you know what?  When you REALLY love your work the tiredness goes away in all the excitement. I love giving wonderful photos to owners who appreciate a good memory.

There was lots of help through the two days.  And a big KUDOs has to go to my daughter for driving the printing bus.  She rocked out another year with out too much fuss.

It’s kinda funny how after a great two days you discover just how exhausted you can be.  After a great roast dinner on Sunday I just couldn’t keep my eyes one, so down I went to sleep at 5:30.  I don’t think my head even hit the pillow long enough to know I had laid down.  What a different a solid 3 hour sleep can do!  Surprisingly I had no trouble getting back to sleep at 10:30.  With a tired mind I slept wonderfully for a full 12 hours.

Today has been another brain draining experience while I matched up all the 2nd day sessions, prepped them for facebook and began the emails.  With two studios now going I have to make sure that I don’t let work go to one direction too much.

Tomorrow – a morning session with Crystal for the OneClick foto studio and then in the afternoon three great dogs coming in for their holiday photos.  What a life – I’m loving it {right now}:)
